What size would you recommend for our seating chart?

The most suitable size for your seating chart is guided by your guest count, venue layout and how it will be displayed within your venue. For larger guest lists of around 70 guests or more, an A0 seating chart is recommended to ensure names remain clear and easy to read. Smaller weddings can comfortably opt for an A1 seating chart, particularly when styled on a stand that allows guests to view it with ease. I will advise you on the best size for your wedding during the consultation stage.

When do you need our final seating arrangement?

I recommend providing your final guest list 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day. This allows sufficient time for revisions, printing and collection, ensuring everything is ready well in advance.

I would like to do something a little more personal than a standard sign for my seating chart, can you work with me on this?

Yes, absolutely! I can provide recommendations or work with you on executing your vision.

What happens if guests cancel after we have printed our seating chart?

To allow for last-minute changes, I schedule printing as close to your wedding date as possible. If your seating chart has already been approved and sent to print, any changes will require a small re-print fee. I will always guide you through the most practical solution if adjustments are needed.
